Believe it or not, I actually Love being a home inspector.

After inspecting nearly 3,500 homes over 6 years with A Precise Home Inspection in Colorado Springs, I’m starting my own business in Denver to cut the commute and spend more time with my young family.

I know an inspection can make or break a home purchase, and I pride myself on doing a great inspection and being an even better communicator. My #1 goal is to protect and educate my clients!

My reports are easy to understand because I helped design them to be thorough without being overwhelming. They are also easy to read, navigate and interpret – even for the most novice of homebuyers.
