Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
If you have just put an offer on a home that you are interested in purchasing, the next step is typically a home inspection!
Piney Peak Inspections is here to conduct a top to bottom, inside and out inspection of your potential new home, because a thorough home inspection is the best way to learn about the home and all of its systems, protect your investment, and uncover any potential issues.
We follow a meticulous process to ensure there is no stone left unturned as we help determine if there are any safety issues, undisclosed repairs, items in need of maintenance, or systems that are not functioning properly, and we build you an easy-to-understand report while we’re on site and deliver it the same day.
New Build Home Inspection
“Does my newly built home need a home inspection?” The short answer is YES!
While sometimes home inspections are foregone on newly built homes, a thorough home inspection on a new build is really the best way to ensure that no corners have been cut during a building process with many moving pieces and likely numerous different contractors.
Piney Peak Inspections is here to conduct a top to bottom, inside and out inspection on your newly built home. A meticulous process will be followed to ensure that the home has been constructed safely and all systems are functioning to design, and a written report will be built on site and delivered the same day—you can submit that report to the builder for any necessary repairs.
Warranty Expiration Home Inspection
Many builders offer a 12-month period for homeowners to submit a repair request for any flaws, blemishes, installation concerns, etc. on their new home. If you opted out of a New Build Home Inspection, there may still be time to have your house inspected and have items that are under warranty repaired by the builder.
Piney Peak Inspections can be your professional second set of eyes on your new home. A top to bottom, inside and out inspection will be conducted to ensure nothing has been overlooked, prematurely failed, or is otherwise not functioning properly in your new home. A written report will be built on site and delivered the same day—this report can be submitted directly to the builder or warranty department for any necessary repairs.
Pre-Listing Home Inspection
If you are planning to sell your house sometime in the future and don’t want to be blindsided by unknown repairs once it is under contract, a Pre-Listing Home Inspection is for you. While having an inspection conducted prior to listing your house for sale is not common, it can be a valuable tool to help uncover any issues or repairs that may be necessary, helping to sell your home quickly and with fewer price concessions.
Piney Peak Inspections will conduct a thorough inspection of the home from top to bottom to help identify any areas that are in need of immediate attention or routine maintenance, or that may pose a safety concern, and your same-day report will help you understand your options.
